Family Information Service & Family Service Directory

The Hounslow Family Information Service (FIS) is an information and signposting service for parents, carers, young people and professionals who are looking for local support and services for children aged 0-19 years.

The FIS also manage the Hounslow’s Family Services Directory (FSD), an online directory where you can find local information and services for parents of children aged 0-19.

Ofsted registered childcare and help towards childcare costs

Children’s Centres
Activities and support for families with children aged 0 to 5 years

Family Hubs
Connecting families with children aged 0-19 or up to 25 with SEND (Special Education, Needs and Disabilities) to a range of services that can address their needs at the earliest opportunity

Parenting classes and support groups

Information for young people aged 11-19

Activities and things to do
Find stay and play’s, youth clubs and holiday activities

Holiday Activities and Food Programme
Free holiday provision, including healthy food and activities, to eligible children and young people during the school holidays
