Free online courses to support teenagers' wellbeing
Designed by clinical psychologists, in partnership with practitioners and teenagers, a series of online courses have been created to help teenagers understand the development of their brains and how it impacts their emotions and behaviour.
Through the sessions, teenagers will learn to better manage their feelings, nurture their emotional health, and recognise how their relationships and friendships might evolve during these formative years. Understanding why these changes happen can help them navigate the ups and downs of adolescence with greater confidence.
